We begin fulfilling the previous week’s orders starting on Mondays. The shipping speed selected at checkout reflects time in transit only and does not determine when your order will leave our facility. Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to hold shipments when necessary, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, or conditions that may affect plant safety during transit.

We offer a live arrival guarantee exclusively through Route Package Protection. Route must be purchased at checkout to be eligible for any post-sale support related to shipping or arrival condition. To qualify, any claims must include clear photos of the plant and packaging submitted within 12 hours of the delivery scan. Normal transit stress — including leaf drop, yellowing, or cosmetic damage — is not covered. The plant must be non-viable (dead) to be eligible for a claim.
