Ordering & Availability

  • All plants shown in our catalog are subject to availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of rare specimens
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received
  • Waitlist positions are non-transferable

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States only
  • Plants are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on location and order size
  • We do not ship during extreme weather conditions
  • Local pickup is available by appointment
  • Customers must record an unboxing video upon delivery for any potential claims

Plant Health Guarantee

  • All plants are inspected before shipping
  • Plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy
  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video showing the package condition and opening process is required for all claims
  • Additional photos may be required to document specific issues
  • Claims submitted without unboxing video will not be processed

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final
  • Refunds are only issued for damaged or DOA plants with proper unboxing documentation
  • Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Store credit may be offered in lieu of refunds
  • Unboxing video must clearly show package condition and plant state upon arrival

Privacy & Data

  • Customer information is never shared with third parties
  • Email addresses are used only for order updates and newsletters
  • Payment information is processed securely
  • Customers may opt out of marketing communications
  • Photos and unboxing videos shared by customers may be used for marketing with permission

Wholesale Terms

  • Wholesale accounts require business verification
  • Minimum order values apply to wholesale purchases
  • Wholesale pricing is confidential
  • Payment terms are specified in wholesale agreements
  • Regular ordering schedule may be required
  • Unboxing videos required for all wholesale deliveries
